Brian Good was really a blessing to my family. He was very down to earth and direct about the possibilities of doing an intervention and helped us prep as best as we could considering our time frame. It was an amazing experience dealing with Brian and Substanceinterventionist.com. He responded immediately and attentively to our case and flew out on the same day to save our loved one. Brian Good with Substance Interventionist spent countless hours talking with four of our family members regarding the intervention of an older adult child who needed intervention for drug use. He was available night and day to address our concerns and questions regarding treatment. He made all the arrangements for the residential treatment she would need. Since the intervention did not actually materialize, Brian requested that all of our money was refunded. Because the first intervention did not reach our ultimate goal of getting her to agree to go, and because her insurance was expiring and she would not have coverage, Brian continued to research other local possibilities for treatment. We have never been more impressed with a specialist such as Brian and the company he represents.
